Megan believes in the capability of yoga to change your perspective and life in positive and meaningful ways.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a background in sports medicine, Megan aims to enrich and rejuvenate your body and mind. She uses her knowledge of human anatomy to foster body awareness and enhance body alignment. Megan integrates yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and a focus on breath and energy into each class. Her intention is to leave your body and mind feeling peaceful, balanced and invigorated after each session.
Megan studied yoga philosophy and became proficient in Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She has expanded her scope of practice and is adept in Chair Yoga, Sports Recovery Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa.
Megan believes in Yoga for Every Body. Her teaching style meets you where you are. No matter your experience, age, strength or flexibility, Megan uses adaptable language and pose modifications/variations to teach you how to support your body to advance your practice.

WHY YOGA AS WE AGE?
Megan teaches studio classes and private lessons. She designs workshops in the areas of stress reduction, rest, recovery, inversions, arm balances, and Yoga philosophy. She also develops and leads international yoga retreats and events.
Megan offers events throughout the year. She hosts Yoga Nidra Nights, Yoga in the Park, Family Fun Days, Paint Classes, Craft Classes and more. For more details, check out the calendar.
Private instruction is available on an individual basis, for small groups, or as a private event. All classes are designed around your specific needs and intentions. We will work together to find your optimal experience and style. Classes are typically 60-90 minutes.
Individual/Small Group Lessons ~ Perfect for those looking to develop a deeper understanding of yoga, those with busy schedules, and for small groups wanting to practice together. Classes can be held at an agreed upon location or via Zoom.
Private Events ~ Perfect for bachelorette parties, sports teams, yoga reatreats, family reunions, and everything in between! Catered to your event.
